VHG VIP Loyalty Includes the Following:
Earn points on food and beverage whenever you dine in at our restaurants.
Sign-on reward - 2 slices of Mamma Mia's pizza (cheese or pepperoni) 24 hours after signing up. Valid for 30 days.
Earn 300 points, get a $20 reward. Valid for 1 year after date of conversion.
Redeem up to 2 Rewards (max. $40 off) at one time.
Accrue Double Lunch Points Monday - Friday 11-4.
Free Dessert during your birthday month. Valid for one-time redemption at any location!
Includes all regularly priced dine-in menu items, drinks, and alcohol. An email or phone number is required to join the program, but you can opt out of promotional messaging. Points cannot be used as gratuity. Earn points on food and beverage only—tax and tip are excluded. Other promotions may have expiration dates which will be noted.
All rewards are automatically pre-loaded onto your account. No action is necessary to redeem the rewards, but you must inform your server/bartender of your VIP status in order for the transaction to be included in the program.
Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any loyalty account, and to cancel or revoke any associated points, rewards, offers, or benefits, at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse of the program, violation of these terms, or other activity we determine to be inconsistent with the intent of the program.
VHG VIP Loyalty Excludes the Following:
Take-out and Online Ordering; ThreeV Sand Bar; Mia's Catering; Trays; Functions / Open Bar / Private Events; Discounted items and promotions, like Dinner for Two, do not qualify for points; Points are not earned on gift card purchases, but can be earned when paying with a gift card; Points do not accrue automatically. You MUST tell your server/bartender of your VIP status to accrue points.
NOTICE:
We upgraded our loyalty system on May 27, 2025. If you have not logged in to your account online since then, please do so now. You are required to request a new password and add your name to your profile. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. It is very challenging for our servers and bartenders to find your account information if there is no name on record.
Points are not accrued automatically via linked credit cards anymore. You MUST notify your server or bartender of your VIP status during your transaction in order to earn points. If you are missing points from a recent transaction, please email us at Loyalty@ViscarielloHG.com with the date and approximate time of your visit.
