PLYMOUTH, Mass. (November 1, 2022) - Viscariello Hospitality Group (VHG) will be partnering with Hood Custom Home Design and local non-profit community organizations to collect donations of $25 towards a Thanksgiving Dinner for a family in need. The goal is to help 150-200 families on the South Shore of Massachusetts over the Thanksgiving holiday and to support the efforts of the Plymouth Area Coalition for the Homeless.
During the month of November, at any of our six Mamma Mia’s locations (Plymouth, Pinehills, Marshfield, Carver, Hanover, and Kingston), Carmela’s in Kingston, and ThreeV in Plymouth’s Cordage Park, patrons can “Buy a Turkey” by making a $25 donation. Patrons will also have the opportunity to round-up their online order bill totals to support the fundraiser.
“Employees of VHG take great pride in volunteering their time and resources towards supporting families on the South Shore over the Thanksgiving and Holiday seasons,” said Gina Viscariello Albanese, Co-Owner of VHG. “It is important for us to continue this tradition of giving back and making sure that families have a Thanksgiving dinner to share with their loved ones. We appreciate the continued support from our patrons and much gratitude to our amazing employees who are energized to give back to this wonderful community, we call home.”
VHG is working in collaboration with Hood Custom Home Design to drive resources to this important community initiative. Lauren Ryan Pyne, of Mamma Mia's Plymouth, and Kevin Hood, of Hood Remodeling also of Plymouth, share a personal passion in helping families in need during the Holidays. Over the years, both have grown their capacity to serve the community through valued partnerships. VHG has expanded their total community outreach through a coordinated effort with all VHG owned and operated restaurants.
