Celebrating 10+ Years at Pinehills: Growing with the Plymouth Community

This week, we're celebrating the anniversary of our Mamma Mia's at The Pinehills in Plymouth, MA—opened on April 28, 2014.
From the beginning, Pinehills felt like the right fit. It's a community built around connection, walkability, and bringing people together—values that line up closely with how we've approached hospitality for more than 50 years.
Over time, that alignment has turned into something really special.
A True Neighborhood Restaurant in Pinehills
Our Pinehills location has become exactly what we hope every restaurant can be—a place where regulars aren't just familiar faces, they're the foundation.
We see it every week, especially during our Tuesday Dinner for Two season (September through May), when the dining room fills with guests who have made us part of their routine. That kind of consistency is something you earn over time, and it's something we never take for granted.
It's also reflected in our VIP loyalty program, where Pinehills leads in VIP Rewards across all of our locations—a strong sign of how engaged this community is with our brand.
Growing to Meet Demand in Plymouth, MA
In 2024, we expanded into the space next door—doubling our seating capacity and introducing a more modern, elevated design, including a large U-shaped bar.
The goal wasn't to change who we are. It was to better serve the demand that was already there.
And that demand goes beyond Pinehills itself.
We see strong take-out business from surrounding Plymouth neighborhoods like Manomet, allowing this location to reach a broader customer base while also helping to balance volume with our Plymouth Waterfront restaurant. It's a great example of how the right location can support not just one restaurant, but an entire market.

A Reflection of Long-Term Growth
After more than five decades in business, we've learned that growth isn't just about opening new locations. It's about building the right ones, investing in them over time, and becoming part of the communities they serve.
Pinehills is a great example of that.
We're proud of what this location has become over the past decade—and even more excited about where it goes from here.
